Living Faith Lutheran Primary School is a three-stream P-6 primary school.
The sensitive greenfield site slopes towards a significant creek on its western boundary. The campus also incorporates a Church and an Early Learning Facility.
BM_ has been involved from project inception through to construction completion of major Stages 1 to 10, including: Masterplanning; BGA and Local Authority development applications to facilitate construction of the Church, educational and support facilities, including Administration, and external works. All stages have been full traditional service Architectural delivery including Design, Contract Documentation, Co-ordination of Consultant Team, Tendering, Tender Negotiation and Contract Administration of works on site. Provision of services included financial management of site works, variation assessment and associated reporting to the client and BGA.
