- The existing building was established by the Sisters of Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, and was constructed in four stages between 1927 and 1968
- Facilities include an onsite chapel for 350 people with a weekly Catholic Mass, library, hairdressing salon, outdoor garden area, expansive views across Brisbane CBD, Spring Hill and Fortitude Valley
- Stage 2 to consist of an additional 70 residential places
