Description

  • Part refurbishment of a heritage-listed building to accommodate for 53 residents with permanent care and short-term respite care
  • The existing building was established by the Sisters of Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, and was constructed in four stages between 1927 and 1968
  • Facilities include an onsite chapel for 350 people with a weekly Catholic Mass, library, hairdressing salon, outdoor garden area, expansive views across Brisbane CBD, Spring Hill and Fortitude Valley
  • Stage 2 to consist of an additional 70 residential places
