Our Brisbane contingent participated and supported the Sleepout for Homelessness this year.
“It was cold and wet, the floor where we talked was hard, the cars we slept in were cramped. However, it was a good reminder that many are sleeping uncomfortably rough like this every night.”
Fundraising
Funds were being raised for the Second Chance Programme who support women and children at risk of homelessness. During fundraising, our team blitzed their goal of $500 and raised over $1,000. Moreover, everyone participating are quietly confident that we will exceed $25k. Therefore it’s not too late to donate, every bit counts! https://lnkd.in/gNFm66QS
